All items listed are in stock in the UK and will be posted within 24 hours of ordering or the next working day if on a weekend. Most orders are sent by courier or tracked Royal Mail.  Please visit www.royalmail.co.uk for additional information on lost/missing post.

For guaranteed next day delivery, please phone us on 01474 748070 to arrange this as there is an additional cost involved.

Please also be aware that if an item is returned due to non-collection, buyers will have to pay postal charges again.

We will try to ship to all locations. Overseas customers will need to pay additional as all items have to be signed for. Please email or call us for details.

We can only accept returns if they have been unopened, unused and fit for re-sale.  If your item is faulty or not as described we will be happy to exchange or refund once we have the original item back in our possession.
